My fitness journey began during my school years, when I trained and competed in canoeing and dragon boating. In 2016, while studying abroad, I discovered CrossFit after watching a YouTube video of the CrossFit Games. Inspired by the athletes’ incredible performances, I dropped into a local box for my first CrossFit class—and I’ve been hooked ever since.

I believe that CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. With over eight years of experience as a Physical Education specialist and a strong background in sports science, I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where individuals can achieve their fitness goals. My goal is to help you develop movement competency and confidence so you can stay active and keep moving for years to come. All it takes is the willingness to start!
