MobFit
Our CrossFit class delivers 60 minutes of functional fitness.
Building your skill and strength via high intensity workouts comprising of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting.
Through our program cycles we develop you to achieve 10 key fitness domains - Accuracy, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Endurance, Flexibility, Power, Stamina, Strength, Speed.
Develop your fitness holistically and find yourself more energised as you tackle the workouts alongside a community.

FunctionalFit takes on a holistic approach to fitness with classes designed to help you build strength, endurance, and stamina.
Using a range of equipment and weights as well as bodyweight exercises, these are high intensity workouts will help you develop new skills and gain strength.
Experience holistic fitness development and heightened energy levels as you engage in workouts alongside a supportive community.

Functional Fit
With a focus on building cardiovascular capacity, our MobEngine class provides accessible and challenging aerobic training designed to build you a better engine.
This 1 hour class works primarily with Rowing machines, BikeErgs and SkiErgs paired with bodyweight and simple weighted exercises to build and challenge you.
We focus on accessible, low skill movements so that you can push the intensity for a good sweat.

MobEngine
Our in-house barbell club where we focus on refining your technique and building your strength in Olympic Weightlifting.
This hour long class of focusing on techniques and strength is programmed through 6-8 weeks cycles that will help develop your weightlifting abilities progressively.

MobLift
MobBuild
Available at all Mobilus outlets.
Our aesthetics focused class provides the opportunity to build up your body with a stronger focus on hypertrophy.
By focusing on Bodybuilding, this class will help you build up muscle groups that may be missed in more functional movement patterns.
MobStrong
Build your Strength and Power.
This program is designed to help you develop the good form and technique necessary to help you lift more and build a strong foundation.
In this 60 minute class, we work on a range of movements, from classic powerlifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) to Strongman and odd object carries, designed to build your base and fortify your strength.
Available at all outlets.
Our Gymnastics class focuses on helping you develop the skills and strength necessary to execute a range of gymnastic bodyweight movements commonly seen in CrossFit including Muscle Ups, Handstands and Pull-ups in all their variations.
With specific drills scaled across Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced ability levels, this class is accessible to all who are looking to improve their gymnastic movements whether you’re picking up a new skill, or working on your efficiency.

MobGymnastics
MobBasics
Only applicable to members who are interested to join in for MobFit, MobLift and MobGymnastics.
This is your On Ramp program to prepare you for the best Mobilus experience.
During the 2 hour session, you will learn the fundamental movements of Weightlifting.
Dedicated coaches will ensure your readiness before entering classes.
Prior to completing MobBasics, you are also eligible to book for our specialized programs:
MobStrong, MobEngine, MobGymnastics, MobBuild
When you have completed MobBasics, MobFit and MobLift awaits you!
** If you have any prior olympic weightlifting experience, please do highlight to us and our coaches will help to assess you so that you may bypass the basics classes.

MobCompete
This advanced class seeks to develop those who are looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit.
For athletes who have reached a certain level of CrossFit proficiency, this class provides you the opportunity to follow competitor’s programming and push yourself alongside other advanced athletes.
This class is by invitation only.
