The Mobilus HYROX Lab
Get ready for HYROX Singapore June 28 - 29 with Mobilus HYROX Lab - An Official Training Club.
Prepare for HYROX with 3 comprehensive training programs:
HYROX Power, HYROX Engine, HYROX Complete.
12 weeks HYROX program starts April 12.
How to train with us?
Get ready to excel for HYROX with Mobilus HYROX 12 weeks program - starting from April 12.
HYROX Lab features three core programs: HYROX Power, HYROX Engine, and HYROX Complete.
Over 12 weeks, the training is structured into three phases, each designed to enhance your performance for race day.
Our weekly track sessions powered by SilverG will also start April 12.
-
This phase is designed with benchmark workouts to establish a strong foundation of strength and cardiovascular endurance, which are crucial for sustaining effort throughout a HYROX race.
HYROX POWER
Benchmark: Back Squat, Bench PressThese compound movements build overall strength and power, targeting key muscle groups involved in pushing, pulling, and carrying.
HYROX ENGINE
Aerobic Benchmark: Mini C2 Triathlon
4km Bike
2km Row
1km Ski/RunThis benchmark workout on week 4 challenges endurance across multiple modalities, improving aerobic capacity and muscular stamina.
Benchmark Workout & Purpose:
A strong aerobic base is essential for sustained high performance in HYROX. Training in different endurance modalities will help you develop cardiovascular efficiency, enabling you to maintain a consistent pace and recover faster between high-intensity efforts. This phase sets the stage for more race-specific training in the 2nd phase.
-
In this phase, the goal is to build muscular endurance to maintain movement under fatigue and improve repeatable power.
HYROX POWER
Barbell forward lunges, weighted chin-ups
These exercises aims to enhance your unilateral strength, stability, and pulling power, all of which are critical for exercises like sled pulls, farmer’s carries, and burpee broad jumps in a HYROX race.
HYROX ENGINE
Specific time trial
(30 minutes to complete)
0-10 min: 1km Ski
11-20 min: 1km Row
21-30 min: 1km RunThis benchmark time trial aims to test your ability to maintain effort across different endurance disciplines, requiring strategic pacing and efficient energy management.
Benchmark Workout & Purpose:
This time trial serves as a key test for assessing and improving Erg fitness. allowing you to track your progress, identify strengths and weaknesses, and refine your pacing strategy for competition day.By learning how to distribute energy efficiently, you can optimize their race-day performance and improve your ability to recover between high-intensity segments.

Prepare for the race with race simulations at HYROX Complete (Clarke Quay Only)
Week 9 - 600m + Stations
Week 10 - 800m + Stations
Week 11 - 1000m + Stations
Week 12 - Race Week*HYROX Complete at New Bahru will run as per usual, and will not be a simulation class during this phase. HYROX Simulation is at Clarke Quay only.

-
This program is designed to build the specific strength and power required for HYROX competition.
Through structured strength cycles, participants will enhance their speed-strength and explosive power, enabling them to move loads efficiently and with greater speed.
Expect targeted training for key HYROX movements such as sled pushes, sled pulls, and farmer's carries.
The focus is on improving the ability to generate force quickly, translating to better performance in high-intensity race environments.
HYROX Power is happening every Tuesday, 7am, 12pm and 6.30pm,
Saturday 10.00am,
at Mobilus New Bahru.
-
This class is designed to improve aerobic capacity, focusing on developing your lactate threshold and muscular endurance. Through a combination of interval training, Zone 2 work, and high-repetition movements, participants will increase their work rate and efficiency on key HYROX machines and movements.
Expect running, biking, rowing, and skiing, alongside high-rep exercises and long-distance efforts that challenge your ability to sustain performance over extended periods.
This program will help you build the endurance required for continuous, high-intensity efforts in HYROX competitions.
HYROX Engine is happening every Thursday, 7am, 12pm and 7.30pm,
Saturday, 11am,
at Mobilus New Bahru.
-
This extended 75-minute class is focused on HYROX race simulations, emphasizing compromised running to help athletes maintain performance over long distances.
Participants will train to push through fatigue and stay strong in both running and HYROX-specific movements. Expect long couplet intervals that combine different race elements, partner workouts to enhance competition readiness, and a heavy dose of compromised running, where you'll transition between high-intensity movements and running.
This class will challenge your endurance and prepare you for the unique demands of HYROX events.
HYROX Complete is happening every Sunday,
7.30am - 8.45am
10am - 11.15am
11.30am - 12.45pm
at Mobilus New Bahru.
2.30pm - 4pm at Mobilus Clarke Quay
(Starting April 12)
-
