Samuel Low


Started my fitness journey in 2015 as a dragonboater during my tertiary days!

During my time as a dragonboater, I was exposed to many different aspects of training and the adrenaline that comes with the sport of dragonboat sparked my interest in competitive sport. I later moved on to bodybuilding and started my career in personal training in 2016. Seeing my clients achieved their goals gave me a sense of satisfaction and a great sense of achievement and this motivates me to constantly put in my 100% for every client of mine!

Fast forward to 2019, I was introduced to CrossFit during my time in the Singapore Armed Forces. I really enjoyed the challenges that CrossFit brings and that every training session brings about a different stimulus. I love how CrossFit training is tough, yet satisfying. The feeling of knowing that you’ve given your absolute best, no matter how tough the WOD may be, I feel like that’s something that I can apply to my everyday life as well. Now, I’m extremely motivated to help my clients and members move well and achieve their fitness goals!

I started coaching functional group classes at a gym in 2020 to gain exposure and experience as a coach and here I am now, with Mobilus Singapore! My goal as a coach is to help people understand the stimulus behind each workout and for my clients and members to be more purposeful with their training! I want to help my members create a life-long sustainable healthy lifestyle that creates fun and longevity in their fitness journey!
